How We Do It

Ideas are everywhere, but the magic happens in the execution. 💡✨

I’ve always been fascinated by the digital bridge between a conceptual idea and a physical object.

There’s a specific kind of challenge in taking a flat design of an image or simple piece of paper and figuring out digitally how to give it depth, texture and soul in the real world.

It’s more than just "pressing go"— it’s about digital development, material selection, toolpath strategy and the physical hours of hand-finishing, sanding and staining that turns a raw carve into a gallery-quality product.

Here is how we turn your inspiration into a final piece we can both be proud of!

The customer wanted a wooden plaque of the logo of his boat.
We took his logo and created a digital, vector version.
We create a 3d rendering of the plaque.
We then bring it into a 3D router program and create toolpaths for the machine to carve the wood.
Here is what the machine code looks like.
Here is the router in operation.
Here is the raw wood already carved. In this case the wood slab was pre-treated with a green stain and the router "carved away" the stuff we did not want.
